The Project physical completion at site is not the contract closure. Schedule Delay Analysis
Delays may occur any time on a project, even with all sincere efforts to control a project and complete on time. Delay means loss of profit and/ or risk of facing hefty liquidated damages. Quantum Damage Analysis

Claim Analysis
Claim is a request for a benefit for which the Claimant believes or contends he is entitled, but agreement has not been reached. Claim leads to wastage of money, time and efforts, especially due to unprofessional presentation of it.
